"My dog had a two night stay at Timberline recently and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Everyone we met there, the doctors, nurses, and other staff were so friendly, helpful, and empathetic. They took excellent care of my dog, gave consistent updates, were available to answer questions, and allowed us to visit and spend time with him while he was in their care. Since he’s been out of the hospital, we’ve also communicated with the doctors to follow up with questions and test results. If we ever need emergency care again, we would definitely go back."

"We took our dog into timberline and from the moment I entered carrying my pup and crying they were calm, professional and caring. We had no idea that we would be saying goodbye that day, but we are truly grateful it happened here. The doctor had a grounding presence, was compassionate and knowledgeable as she explained what was going on. They were upfront with costs, went through every step, allowed us space to process the news and eventually grieve alone and with our dog. We're grateful that our dog was cared for on his last day by such caring and kind people."

"The care we received for Ollie at Timberline was above and beyond our expectations despite the outcome being hard to process and it all happening all too fast. Some specific people we want to call out: Patricia, Roman, and Dr. Burnett. This team of people extended us kindness and patience while we were in tears in the early hours of the day. Patricia prepped a bowl of cookies, candy, beef liver, and cheese sticks for Ollie to nibble on, as well as transferring us to a comfortable room with a warm blanket for him to lie on. The staff lit a candle for us in the lobby as we said goodbye to Ollie. Dr.Burnett’s words have helped us tremendously with our grief, and his deeply compassionate treatment of Ollie gave us the confidence that Ollie was telling us it’s time. After unfortunately receiving his benign results today after his passing, it is still hard to process, but we know that the complications Ollie was suffering from post-splenectomy were too much, and it would have been a world of hurt that we spared him by doing this for him. Anyways, we just wanted to say a deep thank you to the team here - this is an incredible hospital with heroic staff. I know these stories aren’t the ones you hope for, but know that you left myself and my partner deeply moved from your level and quality of attention."
