Blue Pacific Real Estate

"With years of experience, Kelly truly knows the Seattle market. He helped us narrow our search to the neighborhoods and homes that best matched our wish list. As a seasoned professional, he knows exactly what to look for and guided us through the pros and cons of each home, helping us make informed decisions along the way. Kelly is proactive, responsive, and respectful. He exceeded our expectations with the level of support he provided both during and after our purchase. If you're looking for someone who takes the time to understand your needs, has deep market knowledge, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right home, we highly recommend Kelly."

"We have been working with Kelly at Blue Pacific RE on three of our real estate deals (two buys and 1 sale) over the last six years. Kelly is very knowledgeable and professional. The recent market condition is not very friendly for sellers; Kelly worked with us to deal with some very tough and demanding buyers and eventually have our house sold in April. He has a keen sense of the market; we sold the house within the price range he predicted. He is friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend him and will work with him again."

"Kelly helped us every step of the way to a successful bid when buying our home this May. He was attentive, supportive, and explained every step of the process for what was a very competitive situation. We highly recommend him."
