"We had an amazing stay at Hyatt House Seattle/Downtown, and the level of honesty and security here is truly world-class. After checking out and returning home abroad, we realized we had mistakenly left cash inside our in-room safe. The General Manager and the security team handled the situation with incredible professionalism. They safely secured the funds with witnesses and proper documentation, and The General Manager went above and beyond to arrange an international transfer so everything was safely returned to us. Their honesty and swift communication gave us immense peace of mind. Everything else during our stay was wonderful as well: * Warm & Friendly Staff: Every team member we encountered was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. * Prime Location: Walking distance to the Space Needle, Seattle Center, and great local attractions. * Great Breakfast: Delicious, fresh variety every morning to start the day. * Comfortable Stay: Clean, spacious rooms and very friendly staff throughout. It is rare to find a hotel with such genuine integrity and exceptional care for its guests. We are deeply grateful to General Manager and the entire team. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seattle!"

"This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Seattle! The double queen suite was huge. It was very clean. The shower was great. The staff at arrival was VERY good and gave us a lot of good information. You are right across from the Space Needle and all the other activities in the park (and a great playground tucked behind MPOP). The Monorail is very close, which is an easy ride to the wharf area. I didn't know about the free shuttle to the wharf area before I came, but they had a large poster explaining that, in the lobby. The shuttle was very good, although it could be crowded when trying to come back. The shuttle stop is just a block away. There are very few good restaurants within an easy walk, unfortunately. With all the transportation options, we didn't rent a car (parking is VERY expensive here). Definitely a great place to stay."

"This is a fantastic location for a first-time Seattle visitor. Seattle Center is literally across the street, including the Space Needle. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was both spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, too. They provide free breakfast and a small snack shop in the lobby, along with no-fee Amazon deliveries. Parking might be a challenge, depending on which lot you choose. My family was extremely happy with our stay and would consider this location again👌"
