Historic venue for music & comedy. Historic 1,800-seat theater, built in 1907, that hosts national music acts, comedians & other shows.
"Honestly — it’s a place with character, but not without its quirks. You walk in and it’s beautiful, very atmospheric. You can really feel the history — it’s not a modern venue trying to look old, it’s the real thing. That part is great. But then the details start to show. The sound depends on luck. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes just okay, and you catch yourself thinking, “really?” Seating is another story. If you end up in the upper rows, it can feel pretty tight, and the incline is quite steep — not terrible, but definitely not comfortable enough to fully relax. Overall, it’s one of those places that feels cool, but doesn’t quite live up to the expectations you walk in with. We came in expecting a “wow” experience, but got more of a “it’s fine.” It’s worth visiting — just go in with the right expectations. It’s more about atmosphere and old-school charm than comfort or perfect sound."
"Good venue for concerts - personally I prefer seats by the first balcony over ground floor. Great view and you get to see the whole band. We got seats a row back from the ledge … good seats! Only gripe about this venue is parking. But thats a given in this area. Sometimes you can find street parking if you’re lucky"
"Beautiful historic theatre. Sound and lighting is great. Seats are comfortable and steep enough you are likely to get a good view."
